    Jump-stroke coordination

    We combine the motor component “jumping” with a stroke. The children jump onto a “Bosu-Balance-Trainer”, then land on both legs (split step) while playing a thrown ball back to the coach with different hitting devices. They then run through the coordination ladder, being careful not to step on the frogs (green cones).

    For more than 35 years we have worked nationally and internationally for different tennis federations, served as talent scouts, been immersed in player development from the ground up, been involved in coaches education, coached teams, developed training concepts for clubs and teams, been presenters at several national and international coaches’ conventions and worked with parents and officials on a daily basis.
